You can now view detailed analytics for in Solidgate Hub, helping you understand alert behavior across different dimensions.
The new analytics allow you to track:
- Alert type: See the breakdown of alert categories triggering the most issues.
- Alert response: Understand how quickly and effectively your team is responding to alerts.
- Card brand: Identify trends across card brands to improve fraud prevention.
- Payment method: Gain insights into how various payment methods impact your alert performance.

These insights help you identify alert patterns and fine-tune your prevention strategy, reducing chargeback risks and operational overhead.

Hold estimated amounts and adjust with incremental authorization
We’ve introduced for Solidgate Acquiring clients, enhancing flexibility and control during transactions.
- Place a hold on estimated amounts when a customer makes a purchase, and adjust it later if needed.
- Increase authorized amounts within the validity period if the customer spends more than expected.
This added flexibility helps accommodate customer needs, enhances adaptability across industries, and improves the payment experience.

New filters for Orders in Hub
To help you better track , we added new filters and columns:
- Partial settled status filter
- Settled amount column for clearer next steps (e.g., voiding unconfirmed amounts)
- Refund filter to select orders with failed, full, or partial refunds
- Refunded amount column for easier tracking
You can export these columns to CSV for more effective .
This feature applies to new orders with partial settlements or refund attempts.
Sign in to Hub with Google
You can now use Google to sign in to :
- Link your Google account under Profile → Personal.
- Next time, sign in instantly without entering your Hub password.
If you lose access to your Google account, sign in with your Hub password or contact the admin.
