About the Role
We’re looking for a Treasury Specialist to join Solidgate’s Treasury Team and help run the financial backbone of a fast-scaling global fintech.
This is a hands-on operational role at the center of daily operations. You’ll ensure payments run smoothly across multiple jurisdictions, manage relationships with international banks, and help build the next generation of Solidgate Treasury — including FX operations and stablecoin-based payment solutions.

What You’ll Own
- Ensure timely payments and seamless execution of daily financial operations across the group
- Work directly with banks and financial institutions in multiple jurisdictions
- Manage the Company’s bank accounts and open new accounts when needed
- Upload and maintain accurate financial data in the ERP system
- Handle requests from internal teams and external stakeholders related to payments and accounts
- Support the launch of new banking products, FX operations, and stablecoin payment flows
- Collaborate with the team to optimize treasury processes and scale the function as the business grows
You’re a Great Fit if You Have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in treasury, banking operations, fintech, or international payments
- Experience working with banks and electronic payment systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking specifics across jurisdictions
- Experience opening and administering bank accounts internationally
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English (spoken and written)
- Strong Excel / MS Office skills
- Structured thinking, excellent attention to detail, and strong ownership mindset
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with FX operations (spot, forwards, swaps) and liquidity management
- Experience with stablecoins and digital payment rails
- Hands-on work with KYC processes and communication with financial institutions
- Understanding of financial markets and financial instruments
- Background in fintech, payment processing, or international banking
